Pains in left side

I've been having pains in my left side for about a week, pains shooting down my leg and back ache. I've been grouchy and emotional since this weekend gone (sat 8th sept 12).

I've been neusious and been extremely tired. And also goign to the loo a lot! I have been to the doctors they said they arent sure what it is and but i could be pregnant, however the said it seems early to be getting signs.and as my last period was roughly 27th - 31st October they arent sure.

Does this sound like im pregnant? i have had intercourse with my partner most days the last 2 weeks.

 Would this tie in with the ovulation date? I don't know how to work it out
