Ok to use OPK as hpt?

Hi all. I got my bfp last week and I am 4 weeks pregnant. I tested with wondfo hpt and clear blue easy hpts. I have a bunch of wondfo OPK left to use and well u like seeing that second line so I've been using the opks since I have no hpts left. Do opks really work the same as a hpt when you are pregnant?
