Stressed about not knowing how far along I am.

I had a MC end of July, my hCg levels were down to 2.5 on August 1st. I got a BFP last week, and my first appt is on Monday. How many weeks do you guys think I would be if my levels were almost all the way down on the 1st, and I miscarried end of July?.. I have not had a period since the MC, so I'm guesing about 4 weeks? I mean I'm so surprised I got pregnant so soon after the MC... you all don't think the BFP could have been left over hormones so to say from the last pregnancy do you? I'm freaking out over here, sorry.
