IBS...anyone have and how do you treat?

Does anyone here have IBS? I have had it for years and was on some meds (dycyclomine) for it, but the doc said not to take while pregnant. Might be ok during 2nd and 3rd tri, but honestly would prefer to not take it if I can get away with it. Anyone here have it? What do you do to control and/or when you have an episode? I don't want to take an anti-di, b/c I've had very and constipation so far (apparently it will be feast or famine for my poop!)...TIA...
