Tilted uterus

I finally went to first appointment. I am 11 weeks - maybe. The doctor felt for the size of my uterus and said it was enlarged like it should, but he couldn't find my uterus when pressing on my abdomen which you can start to feel it this week. He said I have a tilted uterus (which I already knew) and that next week when I have the sonogram he should be able to tell exactly. 

Does anyone else have a tilted uterus and what does that mean?

Just kind of nervous because I had a miscarriage last year...
