question for non 1st timers

how has this pregnancy differed from the others. this is my 2nd and while i am still early in the game i don't feel much of anything, slighty sore breasts that's about it. with the 1st my breasts just about killed me until 12 weeks, and i was instantly bloated around 4-5 weeks, i am worried something is wrong due to lack of symptoms this time around, maybe i am nervous because i had to work hard and long for #2!
