1st Trimester

Bed Rest

September 2012 in 1st Trimester

So I just had a really great ultra sound yesterday! I got to see my baby and the heartbeat and I am only 6 weeks along! But then I found out that there is a blood clot right next to the baby which explains some earlier bleeding. So now I have to be on bed rest until the clot resolves itself to prevent a miscarriage. Has anyone had to experience this? It is hard to stay off my feet because I feel great and I have a ton of energy and then I am also super scared about the baby! I have so many conflicting feelings right now.
