September 2012 in 1st Trimester

This seems silly. But I tested positive 4 days ago! so excited! and I go to the doctor next week. It all feels so surreal. I'm afraid that when I get to the DR she won't find anything. Am I weird? Does anyone else feel or have felt like this?
