Positive Thoughts needed

I started having really intense cramping last night.  I was doubled over in pain and so nauseaus (sp?).  They lasted for about 3 hours, but after laying down during that time, they were much more manageable.  I'm still a little crampy today and had one swipe of brown blood when I went to tha bathroom this morning.  I'm going to the doctor later this morning.  I've just had this intense worry about this being a lasting pregnancy the whole time even though we had a great u/s at 6.5 weeks. 

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything is okay...
