Not doing so well this time around

Ugh! My other two pregnancies went by without a hitch, no symptoms at all. This time around I'm getting nauseous at the most random times, although it is mostly while in the car. I asked the MW that will be my MW in about a month(I'm moving in a month and not getting prenatal care until I get there with her) about it and she said to have it checked out. Other than the nausea everything has been fine, and I really don't want any ultrasounds. Could I go to a GP, or would the GP make me see an OB who of course would most likely require an U/S?
