Perinatologist appt.....

So tomorrow I have my first appt (12W) w/ the MFM/Perinatologist practice that will deliver this baby and delivered my DD 3.5 yrs ago.  We were all set to go, my DH got the day off so that he could come with me and we had a sitter for DD.  Our sitter can't watch DD anymore due to being ill.  We don't have anyone else to watch her at such short notice.  Would you bring DD w/ you or have DH stay home with her?  She will have to come to some appts w/ me regardless throughout the pregnancy but this will be a much longer/informative appt.  I would really like DH to be there and he is really bummed at the possibility of not being able to.
