AW: Sleeping success!

I vented yesterday about not being able to sleep except for a couple hours.   Last night the same thing started happening.  Even though I passed out at 9:30, I was wide awake at 11:30.  I tried a relaxation "song" I have on my ipod and nothing.   I was a little hot and thought that could be the problem so I turned our AC on.  Within the hour it was so cold that I was all wrapped up warm in blankets for the first time in month.   I slept well for the rest of the night (still off and on but never fully awake for more than a few minutes). 

Moral of the story:   In order to sleep turn bedroom into a meat locker.  Sorry DH  time to pull out the flannels.
