Recipe RAVE--homemade Larabars!

I just made the cherry almond ones and DD and I loved them! http://www.wellsphere.com/healthy-cooking-article/homemade-lara-type-bars-energy-bars-part-3/191669

I added a bit of vanilla and doubled the recipe.  I rolled them into truffle-sized balls instead of bars.  Next I'm going to make peanut butter-banana ones with this recipe: http://ohsheglows.com/2008/12/08/homemade-banana-bread-larabars/

Delicious, healthy, easy, and great for vegetarians or LOs who need more protein!
