Messed up my dose. Now what?

I am on Endometrin 3'xs a day.  I inserted my second dose for the day around 1:45-2:00. I completely forgot that I took it already and just gave myself the third dose (I normally do it around 10:00pm).  My brain is fried and I thought that I didn't take it yet.  When I looked in the fridge again I realized I took it twice within an hour of each other and will have nothing to take later today.  I am really worried that this is bad.  Should I call the on-call nurse at my doctor's office?  Help!!
