Glad I trusted my gut...(long)

My high risk OB has been watching my cervical length and also dx me with partial previa last week.  He gave me some rather ambiguous symptoms to keep an eye out for that have been frying my nerves. 

Yesterday I just didn't feel right.  I woke up feeling crappy, felt like my urine output had increased slightly and I had a bit more discharge, but hardly noticeable.  I called and they scheduled me to come in this morning.

After a BM yesterday I felt like something was "stuck" up in my vag canal, the best description I can give is what it felt like after crinone was injected.  Freaked me out and we went to the appt as soon as the office opened this morning.

After an internal they determined cervix was closed and still "long" (mine has been measuring 3.7)  but scheduled me for a cerclage Monday morning.  My doc has been 50/50 on the cerclage the whole time, worried the previous surgeries may have weakened my cervix, so this was all he needed to push in that direction.

I'm on bed rest for the weekend and hope to have the cerclage placed with no problems Monday morning so that this LO stays baking for as long as s/he should.  I'm also on prometrium 2x/day.  I'm glad they are doing something and that my gut was right on this one regardless of everyone telling me everything was probably fine and I was over-reacting.  Doc said this may have been the only warning sign we would have gotten before more changes happened.

T&P for an uneventful weekend and a successful procedure on Monday sure would be appreciated!
