When does m/s kick in?

I'm so early at this point, barely 5.5 weeks, but I'm wondering when m/s kicked in for you all? I had nausea before lunch, but ate something and feel okay now. Is it really hitting me this early? I'm thinking it's just my prenatals, they make me a little sick to my stomach...
