Baby girl is such a tease

So, I had steady contractions all night, like one every hour, and was hoping I'd go into labor naturally. No, everything stopped as soon as I woke up! However, am I wrong to think all of these contractions are doing something so when we go in for our appt. tomorrow she might be ready? DH and I are taking bets on who will cry first if we aren't ready for induction tomorrow!
