Glucose Test Question

Hey!

 

I am more of a lurker, however my doctor's appointment today left me with a question for you ladies,

 

Has anyone had to go for a 2nd 3 hour GTT test?

 

I failed my 1 hour a few weeks ago by 2 points, then took the 3 hour and passed.  Today at my appointment my doctor said she would like me to take the 3 hour again.  When I asked if there was a reason, she explained that she always has patients that fail 1 hour take the 3 hour a second time later in the pregnancy.

 

I am pretty bummed to have to go do it AGAIN.  Along with scared I will fail it now!  However, I would rather know if there is something I need to monitor or not...
