Anyone have bleeding when received + ?

Hi,  After doing another IVF cycle I was sure that this was a flop because yesterday I had some bleeding and cramping as I would with my period so I assumed it was over.  I went in for my pregnancy test today and when I listened to the message, I was in complete shock! I am pregnant! My level was 107 which they said was really good. My Progesterone is at 7.49 but when I talked to them they didn't seem too concerned. I am on Crinone and they said it does not assorb into the body right away? And my est was at 250.    I so want to be excited but I am so scared because of the bleeding.  It is weird though because yesterday I had bleeding and cramping but then last night it just about stopped but then started up again today.. and is coming to a stop again.  Really odd.  Anyway, just wondering if anyone on here had something like this happen to them? I am not giving up yet but don't want to get my hopes up either... this is so hard!
