Any hope?

Hi ladies!

I'm a regular poster on IF, and I don't mean to intrude, but I could really use some success stories, if you have them.  Just wondering if anyone had success with less-than-perfect day 3 embies.  Yesterday we transferred the only four embies we had (RE suggested transferring all because they were so bad ). 

Two were 6-cells with a fair amount of fragmentation and two were 4-cells with somewhat less fragmentation, but obviously 4 cells is pretty behind for day 3. 

Anyone have success with similarly "poor" quality embies?  Could really use some hope...
