Please Make Me Feel Better!!

This is probably silly, but I'm freaking out. My RE told me no lifting anything over 10lbs. Today I am babysitting my nephew (weighs 35-40lbs) and I forgot and picked him up for a second. I put him down immediately, but now I'm scared. Paif and pgal suck! Please tell me I'll be fine and I'm being silly (unless you think I should be worried). :-(
