Bloat to bump? And maternity clothing?

I know I could ask this on the first tri board but with ivf, I feel like I started bloated from the get-go. Does the bloating go away and then you get a nice cute bump? Or does the bloat slowly morph to a bump?

How far along were you when you moved to maternity clothing? Im down to the last pair of jeans that I can semi-comfortably wear. And I don't want to shop for more knowing my size is going to change (being cheap here). I tried the rubber band thing for my other pants and it's not comfortable for me. My bras now have the extenders.  And then I feel like 10 weeks might be a little early for maternity clothing.  *sigh* Should I try to find another pair or two of larger jeans or just cave and grab a pair or maternity pants/jeans?
