anyone get heart palpitations?

or does your heart every skip a beat?

Mine does from time to time...it will seem to go in spurts.  Like the past couple of days I get the skipped beat "thump".  It isn't painful, just mostly annoying.  I have no idea what causes that.

I know that low potassium/magnesium can sometimes play a part.  I will be asking my doc about it when I go in for my next a1c check later this month...just thought I'd ask if anyone has any first hand experience with it.
