Do I need to go to the ER? All of a sudden sore by incision 5 weeks pp

I woke up this morning and my bladder was extremely full. I went to the bathroom and my incision felt pressure and some burning/stinging pain. I continued to feel the burning sensation for a half hour and I took advil and feel much better. Is this normal at 5 weeks pp? Could it be from my bladder being so full or is it perhaps some of the healing process with the nerves and scar tissue or something serious? Has anyone else experienced this? I felt great before this happened. I spoke to the nurse and she's afraid it's the beginning of an infection or fluid trapped underneath. She said if it hurts more to go the ER and if the pain hasn't gone away to make an appointment tomorrow. The pain is about the same, very slightly worse.
