UPDATE Stomach bug during 1st tri?

Ugh. DS had a 12 hour vomiting spell on Tues night into Wed morning. No fever. Took him to the Dr Wed & she said most likely a stomach virus & probably not very contagious. HAH! I spent the past 12 hours hugging the toilet myself. Feeling better (ish) now, but waiting for a call from my OB. Obviously I'm concerned about baby; but everything I read online says the most important thing is to stay hydrated. Anyone else get sick in 1st trimester?
Update: Called my OB thus morning & they had me come in. Sounds like there's a virus going around, as I wasn't the 1st with these symptoms they've seen this week. They checked baby & all is well. I lost 4 pounds since Monday, which is crazy to me, but now I'm just chilling at home with my Powerade & crackers.
