standard pregnancy tests- Are they the same in Europe as in the US

I am an American living abroad in Europe and pregnant with our first. I know that the US has great healthcare and guidelines for pregnant women and all of the testing that is standard. My question is Are they the same in Europe as in the US? I have my first doctors appointment next week and I want to create a list of the tests that I know are standard in the US to make sure that they are also done here. The healthcare is great here as well, I just want to make sure to have all my grounds covered.
