XP: Arcuate uterus (Heart shaped) ??

Does anyone have experience with this type of abnormality? My Dr. mentioned it yesterday during my u/s and said it needs to be monitored so I don't any issues with Pre-term Labour.

I really wanted to use a midwife, but now I'm nervous. Any insight would be appreciated.
