Am I hallucinating or is there a bulge at 5 weeks??

So, we just got the news and had our first OB visit (actually, it was an IUD appointment and ta-daa); but I digress. Either way, I have usually had a pretty flat stomach but now that I know there's someone in there I keep thinking I see a baby bump but my hubby doesn't...Someone please help me sense of this...
