Too early for Tylenol?

Hello all!

I am very early on. 3 weeks 5 days according to my LMP. Aaaand I have a headache. I'm also prone to migraines... however I wouldn't quite classify this one as a migraine. I know Tylenol is on the "safe" list... but is it too early on to be taking such things? I've been reading conflicting information... Help me internet strangers!
