If you are pregnant with #2 (or more), when did you start feeling pregnant?

IF (caps intended) I am pregnant, I am literally like 3 days pregnant, but I swear I am feeling...different in my uterine area, like its harder and fuller than normal during my luteal phase (I chart). And I had a moment of queasiness today which is also not normal for me. With #1, I had no morning sickness, didn't feel pregnant for weeks, so I have no idea if I am actually feeling something, or if this is all psychosomatic, or whatever. I won't test for another week or so, but I am just interested. TIA!
