Dermoid Cyst?!

Hello all! I am 5 weeks pregnant with my second, and I went in to see the dr today because of some minor pinching/twinges felt near my right ovary. Thankfully there was no sign of an ectopic pregnancy, which they were initially conerned about; however, they did find a 3cm dermoid cyst on my right ovary. This is separate from the corpus luteum, which could also be seen.

The technician didn't seem too concerned, although I made the mistake of going online when I got home to read about it. Never a good idea...for every 5 stories of success there is always 1 that scares the crap out of you, which is of course the one that I continue to think about.

Has anyone or is anyone experiencing the same thing?
