Allergy safe daycare/nanny

Hello,

I am looking for daycare or nanny recommendation for a 2 year old that has SEVERE milk, egg and nut allegies. The general daycare safeguards are not sufficient as a sip of milk results in an trip to the emergency room. Does anyone know of any daycares that are especially trained in severe food allergies or that can recommend a nanny with experiance.
