Documentation Questions

What should I be documenting? I already log his visits in a journal(which is mostly cancellations with the "reasons" why), and have started sending e-mails with updates and pictures to prove that I am doing what I can to have SD involved.

I take my son to see SD's family once a week. Should I put this in the log book as well?

And my phone doesn't do screen shots nor can I figure out how to print texts. Any ideas? I have an HTC.

I'm not trying to take away rights or anything. I really just want to be prepared if he tries to stop the move when I transfer to university next year.
