Exercise and TTGP

Hi ladies! Not KU (yet!) but posting on this board in the hopes of getting some advice.

I currently work out 5-6x/week ... cardio, strength training, 1 day/week with a trainer. This is not a new habit for me and I don't think I'm doing anything excessive, but my mother seems to think that lots of exercise can interfere with ttgp. (Mothers ...!)

Would love to hear about your experiences with exercise before you got pregnant. Did you keep things the same? Cut back? Switch it up during the process?
