My substitute quit!

So, I had a great sub all lined up to take my maternity leave. He has decided not to sub anymore! I know nobody else to take the position and my boss has told me I have to find somebody! I really don't need this stress. And, what is likely to happen is to have a really bad sub because nobody will come to our school because our office manager is so bad!
