Anyone see a little blood when they wipe sometimes?

I had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks and had a heart beat of 112 but they seen a blood clot outside the gestational sac. I had another at 8 weeks (on Tuesday) and it appeared the clot had cleared up on its own and the heart rate was 152. Yesterday evening I noticed a little pink when I wiped... then this morning I felt a slight discharge and when I went to keep it out it was a reddish/brown watery discharge. It has never been enough to be noticeable on my underwear or anything. But after trying so long I am just so panicked that something will go wrong. Did anyone else experience anything like this and if so what happened? Any good or negative stories welcome.
