Question for those with IVF success

I was cancelled once due to low response. Now Im on max injectibles and after 5 days my ultrasound showed two measurable follies and I had an e2 of 563. Tomorrow, if I dont have more follies Im scared they will cancel me. She said the good news is that my e2 might be proof that maybe some more will be there during our scan in the morning. Has this happened to anyone before?  When I was cancelled before I had low response and a low E2.  I have an amh of 1.24. Thats my only bad test result.
