No US @ 7 week appt.

So today I was very much looking forward to my appt and US since the nurse told me I would be having one to look for the HB. But when I got there today the doc told me that he doesn't think there is any possible way that I am 7 weeks because my HCG @ THREE weeks was 7 and then 2 days later it was 34 which I was told they wanted it to at leadt double!! So He drew a follow up HCG and told me to call in the morning for the results and he will schedule US according to results! He was also on the way to labor and delivery when I came in and I kind of felt like I was just put on the back burner! I was really looking forward to today to put my mind at ease and he just didn't seem to have the time of day for me! I don't know what to do! I have done all the math and possibilities and I don't think there is anyway I am less than 7 weeks, any opinions? It's just so disappointing!
