XP from March 2013: We lost our baby

Went in for a ultrasound today and there was no heartbeat after just seeing it two weeks ago.  We are beyond devastated.  I lost it right there in the room and I go back and forth between crying and just feeling numb.  I don't know what to do with myself.  D&E is tomorrow morning.  We have to wait one more cycle and then we will be able to try again.  I can't believe I have to do more fertility treatments.  I thought this was finally our blessing.
