HELP! Inlaw visit/XH visit

So two separate visits, one right after the other. Im all for LO other family seeing her and have always said I will make it happen but I need some serious input here.

Visit 1: XMIL and her sister (the mil I cant stand but I always loved her sister) will be in town for 2 days. What should I do and how much time should I give them? I dont want to overwhelm LO and I may have to work on one or both days. I was thinking 3 hour visits on both days, but where and doing what? I dont really want them in my home.

Visit 2: the day after they leave my STBXH will be flying in. He is staying in a hotel and I dont think Ill be comfortable with him watching LO alone. I told him on the 4 full days he is here I will give him 6 hours with a short visit on his travel days. Im more accomidating to him, he can visit in our home and any visits leaving the home I will be going with them. Im pretty certain we can get along.

Ive never had to do visitation since we live so far away so... give me your advice! TIA
