Random question

I'm not a big meat eater. But one of my main sources of protein is in eggs. I usually eat one a day (I try not to eat more because of cholestorol issues). My favorite ways to eat them are poached or sunny side up with the yolks still a little runny. I know, some of you probably gagged at that last statement. But here's my question. Is it okay to eat eggs that way, or do I need to cook the yolk all the way through? I make sure the whites are solid before I eat them, but.. Yeah. Just wondering if anyone knows. Thanks!
