Is anyone else planning to move before their baby is born?

We definitely have to move as our current place is unsuitable for a child. Our new living situation will be more expensive however. I'm torn between wanting to stay here as long as possible to save money, or to move as soon as we find the right place to reduce stress and uncertainty, and avoid the possibility of an 11th hour move.

Thoughts?
