I can't run for the rest of this week, although I can bike the miles. I can try to slowly add running back it, but it'll probably be at least 2 weeks before I'm actually running. I'll have to modify my training plan, but as long as I can manage to be patient and not re-injure it, I'll be fine to run the half in Oct.
