July 2012 in Pregnant after IF

I have my 1st appt and u/s with the OB this afternoon at 3. It was in between last week's u/s and this one at the ~9 week mark that we found out about the missed miscarriage in April.

I'm a nervous wreck. Any good vibes you have to spare are appreciated!
