Morning Sickness or Flu?

Not sure whats going on, i didn't have much MS with DS so i'm a little new to this.  I woke up in the middle of the night with cramps have had severe diarrhea and just puked.  I'm at work and struggling if i should go home or not.  I feel horrible, but if it's just morning sickness i'm just going to have to get used to it for the next 6+ weeks.  Thoughts?
