PP gushes of blood 2.5 weeks out?

Hey ladies! I had two big gushes of reddish brown blood just a little while ago. The first went through my pants and onto the chair I was sitting in. The second soaked the pads I had used right after the surgery. I am 2 weeks 3 days post csection today. I have had a great recovery so far. No pain since 1 week and no bleeding since 5-6 days PP. I called the on call nurse and she said if it continue to come in to the OB tomorrow. I was just wondering if anyone else had this happen and if so what the outcome was. I'm really hoping it's no big deal!
