Nervous about alcohol....

So...we went on vacation this past week and I took TWO pregnancy tests before we went (I thought I should have gotten my period the day we left for vacation) and both were negative. I drank while we were gone (maybe 2-3 glasses of wine or beer a night). We get home today, still no period, positive test!! I am freaking out a little right now that I drank 3 nights in a row.....UGH!!!

Not to mention that my second daughter just turned 6 months the other day...that is another whole worry!!
