I'm glad it's Thursday. My hamstring is feeling better; I can still feel it when I walk up stairs or if I'm on my feet for too long. I hope it's getting better. I have my half training schedule taped up by my desk. It made me happy to be able to mark off today's scheduled rest day as completed. At least I'll get something done this week lol.
