Braxton Hicks Contractions ?

What do Braxton Hicks feel like? I think I have been experiencing them for a couple weeks, but not entirely sure. I keep getting this sensation like the baby is rolling up into a ball right under my belly button, and my stomach gets really hard. It only lasts a couple seconds, and I don't notice a pattern or anything. I am not too concerned about it, I know they are normal in the 3rd tri. Just curious if that is what I am feeling, or if the baby is practicing its canon ball form.
