Help me find this recipe?

I saw Rachael Ray make something on her show yesterday when I was sitting in the RE's office. The show was a rerun, several years old I believe. 

They were doing "stacked" dinners, where your side dish is on top of your main dish. It was meatloaf, pressed into a casserole dish, then basically potatoes au gratin on top of it. 

It looked really yummy for the fall, but I can't find the recipe.
